Service Description

Wake up and start your day with intention and energy! This is a gentle yoga class that focuses on breath work, building strength and stretching. We will create an ease within so we may continue in our day with confidence, strength, and clarity.

Cancellation Policy

By booking any privates, classes, or workshops with Home Within Movement LLC, you agree to participate at your own risk. No shows will still be charged. To cancel or reschedule any private session contact me at least 24 hours prior otherwise you will still be charged for your session.
